I was given this during one of the Wiz's quests. What does it do? Should I use it or sell it?

When activated the morty card gives you 5 CSC per completed quest for up to 25 CSC.

if you use it, then finish 5 quests from the main quest NPCs, u get 25 csc. So if you don't buy them w/ real money, you can do that instead.
