I have a couple billboards that have been waiting approval for a while. When I submitted my first billboard long ago, I submitted a ticket after several days to see if it would be approved as the billboard page says it can take 24-48 hours. I know the staff are busy with updating Subeta along with real life, but at least could the given time frame for billboard approval be edited? I've only submitted 3 billboards total (2 awaiting approval) but they've never been accepted or denied within the estimated two days.

It's been over two weeks and still no billboard responses. Are they still being considered?

The billboards desperately need to be revamped!

Right now we cannot see the image that's on our previously accepted billboards. We cannot assign names to them, delete them (even if no credits are refunded, that's fine, sometimes I just want old ones GONE!), etc. I have old billboards from who knows when that I don't even know what they're for.

I unfortunately do not have staff access to the billboards but I have asked about it. They said they are experiencing a longer-than-average turnaround on billboards and apologize for the inconvenience. But they are still being considered and thank you for your patience!

I just wanted to point out I also submitted a billboard on June 29th, and only now July 9th was it declined (which I can understand the reason why). However, the fact it took so long for something that is said to take up to 48hs is very frustrating. At this point I feel we can't count on Subeta for anything anymore, because every single thing just takes forever to get sorted out, from CWs approval to ticket responses, etc.
