I remember way back when the Blue Building was something you really wanted to get into because of the rewards or something. Now that I'm in, it seems kind of... lame?

Do the ranks mean anything any more? I do the quests pretty much daily and I'm almost up to 200. I get the Bombus thing and the shop is kind of meh.

I just want to make sure I'm not missing out on anything important.

The BB was never interesting, you could always get the items from buying them from someone else cheaper than the RL cost in time and cost in currency. The main purpose of the BB was to encourage you to try various site features by grabbing you by your curiosity.

There isn't anything in there that you need to be higher than rank 20 to see. Getting to twenty did used to take a little bit of effort because the quests used to be a lot more expensive. Getting a higher rank was also harmful to you for the getting of more BBP because the cost of quests used to go up the more rank you had.

There is a High Score Table for this game and rank matters for that.

So should I just not bother doing the quests at this point? I have over 2,000 blue building points.

Each quest gives you a chance at a Morty Card.. What is a Morty Card worth to you?

While it is true that you can buy the items from someone else, how good at saving for these are you?

To add my two cents - I think it's worth it to do the Blue Building quests. You get money from them, and as Solsticesprite said, you get a chance at Morty Cards with them.

In addition, if there are items you want from the Blue Building shop, you can use your points to buy them. Sure, you could also buy them from other users, but why not use the currency you're earning regardless and save your sP for something else?

Tbh I usually sell my morty cards because I know other people want them more than I do. Good points though. I still think it's kind of lame.
