I have an Alchemy Token: Decal, but have no idea where to use it. I've been looking everywhere for shops or NPCs that have anything to do with Alchemy and I feel like I'm just missing it somewhere and I'm going to feel dumb once it's pointed out XD

The Alchove is in the Shadowglen Underground. NPC Zosi won't let you in unless you are wearing a zombie Skin.

The Alchemist is here >>> Alchemist To find him manually, head to the Commerce District in the Underground. As Solsticesprite pointed out, you will need to wear a zombie skin to access the Alchemist.

In Subetalodge, you can input "alchemy token" in Item Notes search, and it'll bring up a list of possible items you can make with all sorts of alchemy tokens >>> Item List

To see which ones you have, click the Skins tab in the wardrobe. The ones you own will be normal looking, the ones you don't have will be 50% grayed out.

awesome thank you! Yeah I have other skins but no zombie ones unfortunately. You can only get them through that special festival, right?
