Lukien is very tough. He is the second most difficult challenger behind Paramnesia Recycle Beast in my opinion.

• Maniacal Essence is a must have because his Blackout Potion deals a heck of a whole lot of dark and he can use two at one time. As for what to pair it with, he deals significant fire, physical, light, and wind so Natasha, Ether, or Swashbuckle would be solid choices. His curse disables one weapon though so make sure the Maniacal Essence is always first out of the pair.

• Blasting is useless against him because it appears his weapons generate more potions every time he uses them, so do not use Recycle Blaster or Soma Tablets.

• Freezing is disabled so that means you should use defensive or healing scrolls like Cobalt Eternal, Sancturia Exodin, and Gift of the Forj. I would also use Aftershocks as your main infinite use scroll.

• Disabled freezing and stealing also means your mod slots are open to do anything you want with them. I would use them to equip different types of elemental defense crystals. Preferably eye of royalty, but marquise crystals can work too. If you use different types, you have a chance to activate multiple blessings at once.

• The rest of the weapons I would equip in your set are healers or full blockers.

I just recently got that nacho weapon and not used it, so I'll give that a go. Will also redo crystals.

Congrats on the win! He is extremely tough, unfortunately it's been a while since I've battled him but I think some well timed healing helped a lot. You kind of just have to use your best judgement.
