I just joined tonight, and I've been having a little bit of difficulty in the wardrobe. I can't seem to add hair to my character. Nothing shows up when I click on the hair tab. Am I supposed to buy the hair first? If so, where?

The wardrobe recently got updated to a new version, but it's still under construction right now and the hair salon is having some issues. It's not your fault, it's just on Subeta's end.

In the meantime, there are items that you can purchase that function as wigs if you want some hair for your HA. You can view items on the fansite Subetalodge and sort through things like clothing and then "head" for the layer to show only items worn on the head. It shows more than just hair, but you can find some things.

I've got this link for you with it sorted by lowest price first too, so you can find some cheaper options for now since you're new. But feel free to look through anything on that site and you can find some things you may want to save up for.

When the Wardrobe starts working again, there are some free standard hairstyles. Doing quests will result in you getting a lot of clothes and will earn you sP also, so this is an almost-free (but for the effort) way to get wigs for now.
