I wasn't going to make this post but after 10 years it would feel strange to just disappear.

I would like to say thank you to Subeta for giving me a place to go to when things got too tough (as they often did). I enjoyed building up my account, adored my pets, loved the special events and cherished my time with my friends and group members. I came here pretty much everyday.

I have had many people message me to say they are sorry to see people leave. I feel very torn about giving my reasons why as I would like to end on a happy note - but I believe that customer feedback is important.

I am leaving because it doesn't bring my joy to play anymore since my partners account was frozen, and I was accused of having multiple accounts. Being here makes me feel sad.

I sent a ticket early on to confirm that we both played. We never sent each other items of value. We never used one anothers account. We both played in different ways. He was more gallery focused and I liked pet TCs. We followed the rules. It was all okay for 8+ years until it suddenly wasn't.

So if you have multiples in your household be careful.

I hope this does not cause me to be frozen as I have pets that are pending transfers and that would be a shame.

On a personal note, I want to thank you (again) for allowing me to adopt one of your pets. As I'm sure you know, it meant the absolute world to me ❤️

- I wanted to give Bowie to you as soon as I snagged them but my hoarder mentality stopped me. So a good thing came of this - I can make other people happy by letting go <3

- your kindness has made a lot of people very happy. I hope that helps you a little while trying to move on from Subeta ❤️

I am so, so sorry that that happened to you and your partner. :( It's genuinely sad that a fun, shared activity became soured because of one person getting frozen despite everyone following the rules.

I am really sorry to see you are leaving indeed, it is going to be strange not seeing you around. Big thank you for letting me adopt Harrow though.

Btw, reading your reason for leaving also made me feel kinda worried as I am too living in a household with someone who is playing Subeta, too. Staff knows for more than 13 years but it seems that is not a guarantee for being safe...
