I don't have enough money to spend on anything from the cash shop (and right now, pixels are low priority anyway) so that's out and I absolutely hate battling so that's out too. I don't even play pokemon anymore because it was too much of a grind.
Restocking works up to a point. Questing only works if it resets everyday.
Do I sacrifice a few lambs or something?
I remembered I made sps from restocking from token shop, sbq and bhh but what helped me the most was doing art and profile commissions way before.
What's a profile commission?
is it like coding? I've tried to learn coding before but it doesn't register.
well, there's the slow-and-steady approach of doing daily tasks and quests, selling accumulated items in your shop, and building up a decent amount over a long period of time.
there's the tedious but apparently more effective method of figuring out how to get good at restocking, and then spending even more time actually doing it. i don't personally have the interest or patience for this, but if you're "good" at it, it's reportedly the fastest way to make lots and lots of sP.
if you have a skill like art, writing, coding, etc, you can do commissions for people in exchange for sP, CSC, or USD.
CWs can be profitable but it's a hard market to break into and requires a lot of upfront costs, and you either have to be able to draw or commission others to draw items for you.
for me - although i'm far from "stupid rich" by subeta standards - it was mostly the first one, just accruing sP and CSC bit by bit over the years i've been playing, making the occasional "big sell" (anything over 5mil feels like a "big sell" to me); sometimes it was something i got as a quest reward, or something i'd held onto for a long time to the point that its value had inflated, or a lucky snag in the token shop or BHH or subeautique... just a whole lot of this and that, really.
Battling isn't profitable, so don't worry about that one.
It all seems tedious. But this thread confirms my suspicions - it's not the site as much as it is me and my own very low tolerance of boredom. Grinding and tedium grinds on my nerves and when I get bored, I get distracted. That's my own personal issue I need to work through.
Thanks for your help, , , and .
