I don't need to enter but I just wanted to say hey and that I hope you're doing well. I'm okay even with everything going on. Was laid off but I'm on unemployment and hopefully I'll be able to find a better job once our lockdowns start lifting - I really don't want to go back to my previous work if I don't have to.

I've been fortunate enough during this pandemic to work from home. My bf and I have been cooking and baking lots of delicious things. For fun, I've been crocheting, reading, and watching tv shows and movies. We've been watching silly 90s movies that I haven't seen until now.

Also, working from home & (my favorite of all) hanging with my puppies & hubby. C: Got into cooking more at home again too so that's been nice rekindling a hobby I enjoy.

First off I'm so jealous of everyone with a switch. :x I'm so sad I've been playing Animal Crossing New leaf again on my DS bc the switch is so dang expensive. It looks so fun. We were suppose to by one with our taxes but then the virus happened.

As for what I've been doing during the whole quarantine? LOSING MY MIND! I have a 3 year old boy and a little girl turning 2 next month on top of being 7 months pregnant. We've been in the house since the first week of March. I've had to canc our beach trip and the Peppa Pig Live show I was going to take my daughter to for her Birthday. I'm stressed about having this baby with all of this going on and not having diapers or wipes. Even formula. We literally don't have anything for him but a few onesies at this point. The kids are beyond bored and I'm at my wits end lol.

So, SO much animal crossing. I've been re-running the cherry blossom event over and over trying to get the last 4 DIY recipes, so I'm way far behind on Leif and that whole event going on.

I got hired at a nursing home and was hoping to start work there, but the day of my orientation I got a call and they'd just diagnosed their first COVID patient that morning and didn't know how far it'd spread, and with immunocompromised mom at home I couldn't take the risk. So uh, back to the job searching too (which.... maaaay have gone by the wayside for rushing to finish two big research papers for some of my last college classes, but my job counselor doesn't need to know that xp)

Honestly, I have just been working working working. Things are so hectic right now, more so because of everything going on. I am so envious of everyone I see "getting to stay at home" or having "extra time to spend with family". I don't know what kinds of jobs or careers they have, but my life ramped up with COVID-19 not down. I work from home mostly, but it's been 24/7 e-mails, reports, decisions, meetings, etc. during all of this.

Working on my pets (I finished 3 this week alone!) and gearing up to have my son in a month. :D Playing a lot of ESO, Dragon Age (obviously), and Animal Crossing (New Leaf & New Horizons) mostly. I've also been reading a LOT, trying to meet my 200 book goal for the year. (I am at 137 right now.)
