Subeta Lodge isn't indicating that this item has been retired or anything, but I've been all over the Cash Shop and I can't find it anywhere. Am I just managing to overlook it somehow?

I think they only have it in the shop during Sept/Oct. It will sometimes show up during sales or other special events. Its not "officially retired" but its also not always in the cash shop.
