So, I don't usually complain, but lately I've really been thinking of quitting. Maybe once or twice I've been able to actually load any part of this site at all in the last month. It's a little better on my iPad but I can't get the wardrobe to function on that at all, but everything is next to useless on my desktop. Even right now, there's only 392 users online, and the site is CRAWLING. I remember when there used to be at LEAST twice that. It's taking at least 40 seconds to load a page, IF it loads. I haven't been able to get the wardrobe to load, on any device I've tried in a month - new or old wardrobe. So, IDK if I'm even missing any items because of the glitches with the update. It's not me - cache is cleared, cookies are cleared, everything's up to date, nothing else is running on my custom built gaming PC, that somehow can't load a bloody pet site.

I'm an adult and I work full time, even now with the corona crisis. I don't have much time to be on here anymore, and it's BS that I can hardly do anything with what little time I have. I've spent so much money on CWs and other things over the years, and considering current events, I am NEVER spending real money on here again. I didn't get to participate in the masquerade at all, which I'm REALLY upset about, and God, I really just wish I could change my HA.

I try to be understanding on the fact that Subeta does have a relatively small staff, I get that I really do, but it's kind of hard to enjoy playing here when I can't, you know, play here. Today's a good day. It's actually letting me load things, albeit so slowly that it's borderline useless.

I'll be blunt again:

I'm not spending my time on here til things smooth out because I am not messing about with a broken, lagging site.

Ive been actively looking for a newer player to gift almost all my CWs and money too. Im done with this site and will self freeze once Ive gifted it. Subeta wont recover from this. What a waste of time and money Ive put into this site.

I've been a relatively long term player and usually one who lurks in the background on issues like this but this is too much.

I just spent a day and a half removing 275 items from one of my pet's TC's. It shouldn't take that long and the amount of errors I received - we won't go there.

I used to want to visit this site daily, sometimes I'd spend all day but now I'm lucky enough to get on to do the bathhouse, which I lost over 500 days on. I don't bother with quests any more. And I just reuse old outfits saved in my wardrobe because that's all it'll load for me.

I get that staff is small in comparison to other sites but I've been here over 13 years and not much has changed in the sense of things getting properly fixed. Especially after a scheduled maintenance which isn't technically supposed to break the site but always does.

I admire that staff were working hard to push out new features (the new wardrobe!), but it really made a lot of issues apparent. I think the fact that it was Masquerade was a huge exasperating factor. People have waited ages for a new wardrobe they can wait a bit longer..
