Need some help trying to find what achievement the item is awarded from. Looked on subetalodge and it gave a name of Happily Ever After but I can't find it. Does anyone know?

it's a retired achievement that was part of a plot or something a while back.

If that's so, then maybe you should mention it on the "Items to put back into circulation" thread. It could be released through one of the special shops, or repurposed as a prize for something else.
