Could someone please explain to me the process for adopting a Scootle?

visit the nature hike in riverside. somewhere on the first page, you should see a little yellow-and-blue snail creature. click on it, and you'll get a message confirming you've interacted with it for the day. tomorrow, it will be on the second page, where you'll click it again. and so on each day for the next four days until you reach the last page, at which point you'll have the option of taking a scootle home with you. once you've bonded with the first one, you can visit that fourth page any time to adopt another scootle.
