I've haven't had much time to participate in masq and haven't posted in any dancing threads except for contests where I'm doing the dancing, but I've been getting a few dances a day from users I don't recognize since masq started - before I ever posted anywhere. Just curious if there's a random dance button somewhere that might be responsible that I've never noticed before! If not, that would be a cool feature. o

as far as I know there isn't one. And I don't think I'd want one. The person you dance with needs to accept your dance and a random function, if simple, may have you dancing with people who aren't active.

As for your random dances, could be people using the function in their notepad or something.

Is it possible that you had some unanswered ones from last year in the beginning that just keep returning dances? Either that, or they're lurking forums and clicking from your status, Not sure on the random dance link, though. I haven't been on forums enough this time around to hear one way or the other.

True about accidentally dancing with inactive users! I think some kind folks are just dancing with me randomly, it seems.

I think you're right about a few unanswered ones from early in the event, and the others must be from kind people that have seen me around the site.
