My sister blocked me on here the beginning of this year but she is still able to buy things from my store and dance with me. How is that possible?

Does she still have you blocked currently?

I don't think blocking affects buying from the person's shop on either side. It should prevent you from dancing with her if you were the blocked user, but I believe it would be against the rules for her to dance with you, even if the site isn't meant to necessarily prevent her from being able to dance

Yes she still currently has me blocked. I was a bit confused seeing the dance thing and thought she unblocked me but I clicked her name and it was saying I was still blocked.

There was something a while back when people were discussing blocking issues. There are some glitches, especially with respect to newer features. I do remember that there was a random action for something (kiss? or trick or treating?) where people were interacting with blocked people without being at fault.
