Would Subetalodge be of any help here? I would assume anything deleted would show as a broken image? Not sure if that would make figuring out what got deleted possible? Just something that popped into my head and figured was worth mentioning.

Edit: I would assume this is also worth asking then: Did items get deleted from our individual wardrobes or the site entirely? Is it sP items only or sP and CWs or...?

That's weird, when I checked my owned items in the new wardrobe they all seemed to be broken images... however they seem to be intact in the old wardrobe. I think I shouldn't mess with them for now, it'd be a pity if I lose my items!

I have a lot of items in my wardrobe, and don't keep up with the counter to know if I lost anything. I guess I'll find out if I can't find something later on 😖

I just wanted to ask - when you say you're going to look at outfits saved with items we don't have, do you mean the outfits we make and save through the wardrobe? I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I make a ton of outfits with items I don't have that are saved in there, so going off of that would net me a ton of items I've never actually owned. I just wanted to point this out, because the with amount of items on saved avatars I have made that I have never owned, I would feel like I'm scamming the site out of items if I end up with extra stuff because of this.

I have a very very massive wardrobe with probably 3k cws alone?? I do not keep a list of all these items, either, and to be honest I may not notice something is missing right away, especially since I typically look for specific items when I make a new HA. Unless one of these specific items is gone, then I'm unlikely to notice for a while unless I went item by item in the wardrobe to see if it's still on my account (god pls no).

If I were to notice later would I still be able to get a replacement or something? bc i spend way too much on here to be losing items from my wardrobe... previously i've had items go poof between the CW queue and my inventory (all resolved right now) but it happened more than once so I'm just kinda worried. :/

Everything is missing in the new one. It's just all showing "x" on every item. I have a list of my owned CWs but I have no way of knowing everything I had in my wardrobe especially all the sp items :(

Is there a list of the items?? Are they CW's or regular items? Did it affect everyone??

I'm with and on this - massive wardrobe and no real way of knowing if anything is missing until I try to use something I think I owned. I never thought I'd have to keep a CW owned tracking sheet but I guess I regret that now.

CWs have definitely gone missing, so ... yeah. This is wonderful. I have more items in my wardrobe than the achievement, so I have no idea if things are missing. I don't specifically keep track of things because I often know what I'm looking for (side note : not being able to alphabetically search the wardrobe is infuriating). I haven't been able to check my CWs yet because, again, I can't organize them the way that I am used to seeing them and would know if something was out of place, but I know at least one person whose HA went partially naked after the wardrobe switch, missing a CW that I had gifted them.

And how are you going to replace CWs that are missing that are not able to be bought anymore? Just giving me CSC for what slot price was isn't good enough because many items are now unbuyable.

Makes me wish I kept track of my items to make life easier.... I can remember a decent majority of things I own but I've been trying hard to stay out of the wardrobe until things have been fixed...

Well, this is incredibly spooky. Is this why when I was questing, the 'add to wardrobe' button popped up for and ? I bought new ones because I assumed that I had somehow accidentally removed them from my wardrobe, although that seemed very unlikely.

I'm lucky in that I keep my SubetaLodge lists up to date (and they are extensive; I have ~31k official wearables and ~100 CWs). Will we be able to use these to repopulate any items that are missing? Without having to go through them ourselves?

Is there any rhyme or reason as to what got deleted?

My wardrobe count was always too high compared with my SL count - I assumed some non-wears had somehow been added by QS at some point. Anyway, I can't check with that.

I've also kept a Subetalodge checklist for my wardrobe up to date, but I don't have time to go through all 18,000 items to see what's missing. Although based on the numbers, I know I should be missing 44 items (just not what they are).

Honestly, I don't really have much else to say other than this really sucks. :/

At least the cause of the issue is fixed though, I guess? So we shouldn't lose any more items because of this?

This is so upsetting :( I can't even count the cw's in my wardrobe atm because it isn't working. I have everything listed in subetalodge, but for wardrobe it is many thousands of items, and only my cw's are in a separate list ...all my other wardrobe are mixed with all other onsite items cries

I am sorry but this is really irresponsible, both the issue and the suggested compensation are. No amount of csc can replace a certain cw given what some of them are worth. Like said, some of the cws are unbuyable later on because of capped copies. I was lucky to keep an updated wishlist of what I have owned. We need an efficient way to track our items. A wishlist is trackable, but it's inefficient when you have over 1000 items. I am disappointed, honestly.

I have people telling me they haven't received their items from being on the first batch, are you not going to replace those too? Because if I had to replace them I'd have to fork over another 2.1k CSC. Don't make your players pay for your mistakes.

I don't see how "operating on the honor system" would work for cws.

As far as I know, staff cannot replicate a lost item by adding a +1 (or +2 or +3 if multiple copies of a same item have vanished). That aside, how on earth would it be possible for us to know what is missing? I, for one, have over 6k cws. There is no way I'll ever be able to tell if my items has gone missing or not. You of all people know how the cw market works and how second-hand items gain far more trading value than what the slot price is. This is real money people have poured into and now the only answer is that "there isn't a very good reason, but it's done"?

I really do hope some sort of decent and fair solution comes out of this.

A site like this should have extensive backups and logs..... people have also complained of cws vanishing between queue and being accepted, how are we supposed to check if you don't keep logs? if your only backup goes offline and you don't notice? like others have said, i don't know all the items i have. i have no way to check. this is...... appalling. I really, really hope there turns out to be some way to figure out what's missing and from where. Hearing that CWs have gone missing is especially terrifying...I do have an up to date Subetalodge list, but that only helps if I'm able to use that as a reference (and of course, not everyone happens to have that).

More importantly, is the issue at least stopped from happening again? If we go into our wardrobes to look for things, is that potentially going to compound the problem or are we at least sure we won't lose more items by doing that? :x
