I'm having some trouble with The Shadow and getting my 7th win. These are my stats and battle set. What do I need to defeat him?

[edit] So while I was doing my Battle drills, I realized I had enough Extremely Hard tokens for the Intricate Components, and I already had Refined Energized Arm Augments in my armory, so I ended up replacing my swashbuckle for the Intricate Energized Helmet. I'm so happy!

Moving on to El Tigrean! [edit]

I'm now having trouble getting a 5th win off El Tigrean. Any helpful tips?

I would use some mix of Ether, Replica Minotaur Knocker, or Swashbuckle (pick two). Water isn't really a dominant icon for him so Prodigys Eyeball isn't going to defend much.

You can't really freeze him apart from the first turn, so Intricate Energized Helmet is the only freezer you'll need. Freezing scrolls are kind of useless in this case so I would instead use defensive scrolls like Fatal Fire Scroll or Cobalt Eternal Scroll, etc.

Finally, make sure to mod your weapons with Parched Baguette Crystals or Blessing of Natural Armor Tear Crystals. He can certainly freeze you and those will help protect you from being frozen.
