I'm wondering what is the time frame I should be looking at for getting a response or resolution from a ticket that gets submitted by a user.

My ticket could be slightly complicated due to the issue I'm needing resolved but I submitted it over 2 weeks ago and it has been a week since I last had a response... I'm trying not to make another ticket since I was told not to create another one while its getting solved but I'm getting worried that its going to be left with no resolution. I actually ended up figuring the majority of my issues out by myself (since I had no responses in the ticket or even an email back from from the one I sent to support...). There is one issue I'm waiting on that is an important part that I can't do on my side.

Is this a normal thing? In the past support staff has been pretty quick to help a user out. (I've been on Subeta for a ton of years and just coming back)

I'm not sure what to do about this other than get opinions of others or get some info from a Mod.

Thanks!

It depends on the issue and who your ticket is assigned to. The Customer Service & Support Department has internal policies regarding maximum length of time without any sort of a staff response, but if your ticket has been transferred to another department, wait times may be longer. Please submit a ticket ATTN:Dill and I will look into this matter for you further (and poke the appropriate staff member, if necessary).
