But Sarah does? Normally I can do her quests when I have under 1.5m on hand (I have about 1m).

Is this class elitism or how the game should be lol.

The trade thing is because at one time, Sarah didn't used to count trades, and so people gamed the system by offering on trades with no intention of actually buying. So staff decided to add that into her count so you had to actually give someone your funds in order to qualify. You can't game the system in the same way with saggy so staff never messed with his formula.
