I want to give someone a kiss but don't know how to find them.

You can just put their username into the kiss link code like this in your notepad widget or something:

Or if you go to your own profile, you can change the URL to their username. Or use the search page or search widget for your sidebar to get there. But the kiss sCode is gonna be the easiest since there are no easy kiss links anywhere else unless they put one in their forum signature or have posted recently in the Survival forum, etc.

if you already know their username and want to find them, then Subeta - Search Subeta will take you to their userpage, and you can sometimes find their Recent Posts and Recent Topics on their userpage. Link to one of those and see if they've got a kiss button, or if they're in any of the Survival threads.

But 's method is the way to kiss someone even if you don't know where they are.
