Basically Survival is a site event where you can collect zombie skins and kiss other users for candy hearts to spend on items in the L'Amour Parlor.

You got Dolly Dreadful! Nice one! One of my faves too. I'm currently turning into a swamp monster.

You have a zombie strain. c: You can totally opt out and into being a zombie at will, including the initial infection since you have to get bit by another user. Everything has to have your permission except the progression of the strains.

And as others said, in your wardrobe, there's a Skin tab. Going into there lets you see which you have unlocked and what you have equipped. Clicking the "Remove your Skin" will remove any effects from that tab. Click to save, badabing!
