Is that a public Place or just for me and why it is so small or may i have a Place where i can see what i note? On Dashboard i no find something

I keep achievement tallies that I'm working there as a way to keep track.

Eg: 31/50 Rift items transformed.

It is a place where only you can see it and shows up on your dash if you put the widget there.
