Obviously I don’t play enough and understand why they do it but... it’s been less then a year since I last logged on. Y U GOTTA BE SO QUICK?

Your pet name Slashed was taken due to inactivity, you have been given a free name change here for this pet only! Your pet name Mark Twain was taken due to inactivity, you have been given a free name change here for this pet only! Your pet name Divo was taken due to inactivity, you have been given a free name change here for this pet only! Evening! 👋

If you're 100% sure it's been less than a year since you logged in and your petnames cleared before the 1-year account inactivity mark, you should absolutely make a topic in Problems & Bugs.

If there's a bug that's making accounts clear way too early, staff need to be made aware of it. [edit] If you need to find out the exact dates of when you last logged in just to make sure, you can make a ticket and ask. If it's less than 1 year between logins but your petnames cleared, definitely make a topic in P&B.

To be honest I don’t remember the last time I logged in 100% all I know is every time I do my pet names are being snatched.

Thank you for the helpful advice tho!!!

I hope it helps! It probably wouldn't hurt to check just in case.

Yeahhh, I'd be upset too if I skipped a few days over the 1-year inactivity mark and came back to pets with numbers in their names. :/ There's good news though - word's out that non-unique pet names are very likely to become a thing. Not sure when, but staff confirmed that they're looking to move away from the current petname system. So that might be something to look forward to?
