Not sure if this is a new issue, but I recently started noticing that on item hovers, Price Today seems to always be the same as Overall Price. I don't know how these are calculated, and I'm sure there are cases where these should be the same, but I'm seeing it on all the items I look at so I'm guessing something is off.

Low priority issue, though.

Unfortunately it has been like this for many years, after some kind of change - I think after introducing the new shops. It USED to work. It annoys me to no end. For me it was very helpful. I've been wanting to address it myself for ever and a day :-)

Thanks for the report. After discussing this, we decided merge Price Today and Overall Price these into one statistic, "Recent Price", to represent the recent user shops price of the item.

Very sad :-( I know, I'm a pain in the a, but why is it, that so many features worked wonderfully with old equipment and "the old bad coding" but now with tons of improvement no longer and things get restricted instead of being continued or enhanced?? This price feature, our huuuuge shops, sales history....

I know this answer will not be very satisfying, but the full answer is very complex. The short answer is, technology changes over time, and things that were cutting-edge technologies a decade ago become out-of-date and need replaced. Even if our code remained the same, there have been major changes to hardware and software (like web browsers) and coding that does not keep up with the ecosystem will fall behind. This is part of why we speak of "maintaining" code after it is written, you might think we should be able to code something once and just use it forever if it works right? but no software in the world works that way.
