You mean the event that pops up and tells you when you have sales in your shop? You can disable that on the Edit Shop page, where you change the name and everything. Just change the Receive Alerts option to No.

Ohh, I understand. As far as I know, there's no way to disable that yet, but I haven't had a GA since the change to know for sure. Might be worth making a suggestion for it though.
