hi i’m sad. so i worked as a cashier for three years at this supermarket, i hated my job but it was better than no job. and honestly good customer service is ingrained in my personality so i was great at it. and there’s not too much i pride myself at being good at. customers liked me and i got comfortable there. obviously a little too comfortable. but basically, i was totally in the wrong. i’m enough of an adult to admit that they 100% had grounds to fire me. but what really made me sad was that after giving them almost four years, they just embarrassed me in front of people. they didn’t even bother to sit down with me and discuss things with me. i’m not gonna pretend i was friends with everyone, but i thought they at least respected me a little bit to let me go with some dignity. i just felt so small and helpless. i haven’t felt like that in a long time... man i just feel like crap.

if you guys could post funny memes or cute pics of ur pets or anything u think will cheer me up, id rlly love that! or if u have any advice or anything (looking for a job in nyc lol years of retail experience). i haven’t made a resume in years and i haven’t applied to a job in just as long. so even advice or help on that would be amazing. sorry i just needed so share this. i’m sooooo freaking saaaaad about this.

Some people has got zero style. Simple.

It says more about themselves than about you. You could as best spending as less energy to them as you can. They will never accept you. It would be an illusion to wait when they accept you. In the best case be indifference for 100% to them. They are also indifference to you. Don't never ever expect they will become nicer soon. It will never happen.

Maybe you can talk this with your boss and I hope for you you can work in an other part of the Company.

Are there also a few ones who didn't join with this stupid behavior? So yes, maybe it will help you to go more on with those nice ones. So no, It would be the best to look to an other place to work. To stay by wrong collegues can be as best as short as possible.
