a lot of items are like that. So many in fact that there's a forum thread, Make this item a Book/Food/Minion/Toy, just to suggest that type of thing. Try posting a suggestion to turn it into a minion in addition to clothing and toy.

Minions can't be wears. It is already a clothing item so it can't be en-minion-ated. This isn't in the Site Rules, but it is official policy. I forget where they say that though.
The best way to go about this is to Suggest a new minion that's a different item with a different name, but happens to look like the - "cuddly prowler" or "tamed prowler".
