The Relief costs 5m during Spring, and 6.25m off-season.

I’ve just tried it myself, and when you open the relief, you can chose between six items, one of them being the elixir. As was trying to tell you, since this can be purchased for 6.25m off season, that’s the most you can price the elixir. Probs 4-5m.
