cheap? you can't. they're available for 150 mil sP in the millionaire center. you COULD try to find another user willing to sell one at a discount, but i've never seen that happen.

regardless, the consensus seems to be that it's not worth buying; even with the most aggressive restocking, it takes many many years for the card to pay for itself in savings.

I've seen them come up for sale, and usually at a pretty steep discount. For a while they were buyable on search. I think that was after a free shop giveaway though. Haven't seen them in a while. Probably just need to pay full price.

Your probably better off just not buying it, unless your going to sit there and just buy stuff out of the shops all day. Which you can make a profit doing pretty indiscriminately, but it's really hard to break even let alone get enough that it was actually worth buying in the first place. Since if you think about it, you don't buy it to break even, you buy it to make a profit, and so to really justify that much expense you should probably want at least 225mil-300mil in return.

I plan to do a lot of restocking

I have had mine around nine years and my Dashboard says:

Discount Card 451,388,374 sP Saved

This is harder to do nowadays because the expensive shop like Subeautique used to be a regular restocking shop, jewelry from NPC Mattieu was a new item and has had time to depreciate, and Apocalyptic Apothecary now has a much smaller stock.

My trophy on my User Lookup says: Restock Royalty (358,591)

This averages forty thousand-ish items per year
