Uh.... 3rd night in a row with no pet spotlight announcement... it feels so weird to not have that pop up... did the queue run dry???

I still got pets in the queue, so I don't think it's empty. Maybe the staff who does the spots on vacation?

I noticed this too. I'm pretty certain the queue is not empty, but I think more than anything it's probably a glitch of some kind. From what I remember (and I could be wrong, mind you!) the pet spotlight picks a random winner from an approved queue and posts it at midnight kind of like how quests are supposed to reset automatically. And as we know, for a while quests weren't resetting like they were supposed to and someone had to do it manually.

I think if that's the case, it might be a similar glitch. Whatever code is supposed to post pet spotlights might be broken, I think, and rather than post it late hopefully the staff are trying to fix it so it'll do what it's supposed to if that's the case.

Hmm still no spotlight winners announced... this is so throwing me off...

The Pet Spotlight page has been updating with winners every day, but there just... haven’t been any news posts for the winners since the 21st.
