when we had to make new shops I thought it said that we had to have 4 shops and 2 galleries. I really prefer having all shops is there a way that I can delete my galleries and replace them with shops?

Go into your gallery, click the Edit Gallery link at the top, and then click the delete button right above the green Edit Gallery button.
You may need to empty them out before you delete them. I can't remember off hand if you do or not

It does not matter if they're shops or galleries, you may have as many as six. Four of either kind with a regular account and a bonus of two more of either kind with a Gold Account. Me, I have always had six shops and zero galleries since the changeover in 2016. My legacy shop was one of the biggest on site and I needed the room!
You can have up to 6 shops and galleries combined with a Gold Account, and you can choose whatever combination you like for them. You also don't lose any of your shops or galleries when your Gold Account expires, although if you have more than 4 when it expires, you won't be able to create any others until you're back down to a total of 4.
If you do delete any of them, make sure that you've emptied all the items out and collected tills from shops before you delete the shop or gallery!
