So just a few days ago I found out that some pets in the pound ... often have the weirdest names because well they had the original name taken due to inactivity. Ok I get that... I however.. did not know that when said pets with the taken names get put into the pound they still have their 'free' name change attached?

That's correct right... are you allowed to use that even if you didn't own the pet originally? I've never bothered with this, so it's all new to me.... I just adopted a pet and I THINK it has a free name change to it... Can someone just give me a little heads up?

Sorry for being so stupid.... x.x [edit] Long story short: If you find a pet with a free pet name change (that's 0csc on the page to allow the change) ARE you allowed to use the name change even if you didn't originally own the pet. I'm just wondering and don't wanna use something that was not meant for me to use. Thanks.
