Every now and then, I find myself getting logged out of the site and having to log back in for no apparent reason. I assume this is something that's done for security reasons, but sometimes I worry that it might happen while I'm in the middle of a quest or something. So I wanted to know if these logouts really are random or if there's a certain amout of time or something between them so I have a better idea of when to expect them. If not, it might be good if there was some way to include a warning so we don't get logged out at an inconvenient time.
I'm sure they are not random, but I'm uncertain of the time frame.
I think if you deliberately logout and then login once a month you shouldn't run into this problem.

I don't think the logouts would happen when you are actively moving around on the site. I can say every time it's happened to me has been when I came back to the site the day after I used the site... but it only forces the logout every once in a while
Basically this morning I was forced to login when I didn't have to the day before...
The way it was explained to me eons ago was that your "session will expire," even if you're like actively lurking about the site. There's no true timetable to these, it can be days or weeks and it still takes me by surprise.

I really hope there is a time framd that that logging out and back in yourself is a way to get around it, cause like I said, I don't want it to happen while I'm questing (unless they adjust or remove the timer that gives you less prizes which people have complained about in the feedback forum).
It also wouldn't be good if it happened during a plot while doing a puzzle or battle or something (whenever we have one of those again).
