Yeah, if you go to your pet's read books list, you can click "Click here to see what's missing" and it'll give you the full list :) Or, this link:

Do you mean sorting or default categories?

Currently their is a know bug where new items are being added to 'Unsorted' by default no matter your settings. You can find updates about it here: Wishlists not updating
