I have new mails, at least according to my notifications. But not new mails are showing on my inbox. I know I should be getting sMails since I'm working doing comissions and I was expecting answers from those users. This problem has been happening since a few days ago. Frankly, it's really annoying since I'm trying to work here and I can't answer to my customers. I don't know if I'm the only one.

I'm on the last version of Firefox. The problem was not showing on Chrome, tho.

To make sure I'm understanding your problem correctly: you are able to view the sMails on Firefox but not on Google Chrome?

Nope, only on Chrome. In fact I'm in Chrome right now answering my mails because they don't show up on Firefox. Thanks!

Ahh, okay gotcha, I got it backwards. Could you please make sure your Firefox version is up-to-date, just so we can rule that out?

Yes. I have to hard refresh to see all my sMails. I also have the "Message doesn't exist", and "User does not exist" when I try to answer messages, and sometimes I find out the sMail wasn't sent only when another user points to me that I didn't reply. :(

Hm... Could you please take a look at this other topic and let me know if you think your issue may be related? sMail glitch? Or if you think the glitch you're dealing with is something separate? I wonder if, once the other issues are fixed, it will cause yours to be fixed too.

I copy/pasted your questions on that thread. :)

  1. Some (but not all) sMails not showing up in inbox. For example, you get an alert saying you received an sMail, but all the sMails in your inbox are dated from before the alert. This one for sure. On Firefox, it works fine on Chrome. On Firefox it gets fixed with a hard refresh.

  2. Your Outbox is completely blank. (Is this still happening, and has anyone experienced other parts of sMail being completely blank such as the inbox?) No, my Outbox was always available.

  3. When replying to an sMail, getting an error that says User does not exist. Yes.

  4. When sending a new sMail, getting an error that says User does not exist. Yes.

Thanks! Wait so, Firefox does show you them with a hard refresh? Does a hard refresh always resolve the issue?

If so, this sounds like it may be an issue with Firefox's browser cache. If you could confirm/deny that it would point me in the right direction :)

Hey, sorry for the delay on my reply here. I am not 100% certain, but it sounds like this is an issue on your browser's end, and it may be fixed in a future Firefox update (if it hasn't already been). I don't think there is anything we can do on Subeta's end to fix the issue.

If you want to report it to Firefox, you can do so here. (Not saying you have to, but just want to make you aware of the option.)
