i play this game off/on and have had this account for several years, but i'm not that consistent with logging in so i sometimes miss updates

i remember logging in and finding an item in my inventory that was something like a loyalty totem where you can pick for it to do something for you, i think options included some time on a gold account, a pet slot, etc., but i don't think i've gotten one for the last year and maybe even the year before that? just wondering what happened to this item

Check here! You get one loyalty box every year (starting from the end of year two) which are given out when you check that page.
