Thank you for the Gluten Free Gingerbread Baking. This year I have found out that I have celiac disease which changed everything for me and to find this in a melody gift was a really nice surprise!

I was diagnosed this year too, and I need this book as the first gingerbread biscuit (cookie) recipe I tried were rock hard. Still tasted good after being dunked in a hot drink for a while though :)
