Only Shinwa did reset for me.

Quest resets/non resets have been a thing recently They'll likely fix it so keep an eye out.

Do you know if it is allowed to do the quests from yesterday when they are not reset and I had no time for? I would not have more profit as if I had done them yesterday already, so I did the whiz quests from yesterday. But I thought its better I ask for!?

I do not know the answer to that. At the time of this posting, they've been zeroed for me.

Maybe someone else will know?

That can be seen as exploiting a glitch, so it's probably best not to make a habit of doing them if you notice/find out that they didn't reset on time

Then I know this for next time and I will not do this quests for today and hope it will be ok this way.
