I'm not entirely sure what steps to take at this point but my quests did not reset at midnight and i don't want to take the wrong steps.

I'm referring to midnight Subeta time. Everything else seems "normal" (other dailies and such)

This has been happening for the past couple of days. It's been reported in problems & bugs, but other than that there isn't really anything that we regular users can do. It's something that staff has to fix when they can.

Thank you, odd. I hope its something easy for them to fix, that's probably frustrating especially around this busy time of year. It seemed to resolve sometime between then and now so that's good.
