The news said that this would be available through Black Friday, but I can't seem to find it in the cash shop in the makeup or the choose sections. Which section is it in?

It's in the Collection section. I'm not exactly sure why some things are in there instead of the choose or other sections, but I think some staff members have said it's not a bug and that's where they're supposed to be so IDK.

I thought it might be under 'Choose' but apparently not. I'm curious as well.
