On Subetalodge it says that the Overstuffed Makeup Pouch was obtained by buying all the Eye Pencils in the Cash shop. Would that happen now during the Black Friday sale or was that just a way that it used to be obtained?

The pouch was originally released during Black Friday, so that shouldn't affect anything, but I don't know for sure if it still goes out that way. You may want to file a ticket to confirm before you buy them, just in case, unless someone knows for sure
