I've asked many other places so I figured it can't hurt to throw it out here as well.

To sum up the issue, the police department with authority over the missing person's case will do nothing. It's been over a year, and Ty's son was born shortly after he went missing. If anyone can suggest what the family can do, who would be good to contact for help or anything else, please let me know!
