I am doing some Major Drills Quests and had to fragmentize 9 Crystals. So I bought 9 normal items for it and went to the fragmentizer. I got 16 Crystals for this 9 normal items. Is this normal or are this too many Crystals I got? I do not have any idea because I was not here for almost 5 years and the fragmentizer works now a bit different from it was 5 years ago. Is this amount ok or do I have to write a ticket for this now?

I don't remember the rarity ranges but depending on rarity I believe you can get anywhere from 1-3 crystals each :D

its normal. All fraggable items give an average of 1.5 crystal per item fragged. A few items (rare and super rare) give more crystals. I did some testing and posted results in Fragging results by rarity.
