Are they getting through?
you mean like issue Tickets in Help, or like Forum Raffle Tickets?
I was in conversation with a UA yesterday via a Ticket in Help, so it was working then. It's been awhile since I've seen a Raffle Ticket, but the forums have been largely down for me so ...?
Right, forgot there's more types of tickets :D Help ones, filed one like...3 hours ago, still nothing, usually doesn't take this long...
I don't think you are being ignored and I don't think it's broken. It's true that Subeta is a victim of their own customer service success as far as Help goes. So I think you post here is reasonable to ask. In neopets you are fucked even if they do give you an answer...by irrelevant template....weeks later.
It is usually true that here in Subeta a Ticket will get assigned withing three hours and responded to within 24, but this is a weekend and some staff will have time off and other staff that might have been available are probably helping with upcoming Fireside and maintenance cleanup.
Oh, not complaining, I am aware they're busy, just wanting to know if it works, considering everything what's not :D
yes, this is a smart thing to do. I've got a buncha stuff to Fragmentize and my shops are getting full so I will be asking questions like that soon too.
BTW I did get a Forum Raffle Ticket like two posts after answering you, so those do work :)

Yeah, depending on what the issue is and how busy they've been, I've had to wait several hours or even like almost a day before getting a response. Like others have said, I doubt they're ignoring you on purpose, but with so many issues over the past week, they're probably a bit backed up in the system and they only have a small team to deal with all of the tickets.
Also only mentioning since it was brought up Fragging items and turning in the crystals have both been working properly for me over the past couple of days, if that was something you were worried about.
I never said they're ignoring princess ME, but I did say I was wondering if it worked. Usually it doesn't take over 5 hours to get an answer, but I get it they're busy. So as long as it is working, I'll wait and not answering it myself :P

I have had a glitch where my ticket went through but my original post was eaten and I had to reiterate my problem once staff opened my ticket, so theres that, for what its worth.
