Is there a way to exchange the lounge tokens for steamworks tokens? I thought I remembered it being possible when I first started a few years ago, but I'm not sure.

They are for sale in the Lounge under 2010.

You can also buy bags of Steamworks trinkets (50, 100, 250 trinkets) at the bottom of the shop on the 2011 page.
