Does the Rainbow Vortex become half price during Black Friday or is it one the items that do not get a discount? I want to buy one but I will wait if it will be half during Black Friday.

battle items do not get discounted. Shinwa's Temple Shard will get you a free full block but doesn't have a freeze chance like the Vortex does. Unless you haev a high speed, this won't matter a great deal. There's a STS for 100MsP in shop right now.
