[TC] help with a snow spirit fox?

hello guys!
hm as obvious and easy snow themed things are, i'm kind of clueless as to where even begin.
it's for this little guy! he was a regular snow fox but Bad Things happened and now he's back with four (4) tails to prevent more Bad Things from happening. i'm kinda short on sP but i'm not in a hurry to nominate him, so pricey items are ok. i just can't do CWs! i never did this before and i don't know how it works, so please forgive me if this is a bucket of mistakes.
