I know your original question was answered, but I figured there's no harm in adding a little extra note. One thing to keep in mind if you do decide to add petnames to buttons somewhere down the line: you have to use the pet's actual name. If you use a nickname, it falls under misrepresenting pet information.

An example for clarity: if you have a pet named The_Mighty_Donut, but his nickname in your story is "Sprinkles", you can't use "Sprinkles" in his button because you don't own the pet named Sprinkles.
