I put items in my wardrobe, go to the wardrobe.. and it still won't trigger the achievement. What do I need to do?

It seems to after some time.. so is this just a case of me waiting it out? I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing or because so much time has passed.

Some is waiting on cache catching up. Some you have to go to the actual achievement and click the show items to trigger. And others yet will require you to go to wardrobe > organize items > layer achievements

Also, if you've taken out any items, you have to hit the old number and go past it before it starts counting again.
