Is there somewhere that tells how much you would need to spend to get to a certain point on the card to get certain items?

Yes, here is the LP shop itself. The reward cards just give you stamps depending on how much you've spent/how many points you've earned.

The Rewards card page tells you how the point distribution works (a full card is worth 60) and you can spend them on any item in the loyalty shop. There aren't specific items tied to the cards themselves anymore
